Abstract

The article considers theoretical and applied issues of developing a set of assessment materials for a professional (demonstration) exam in a pedagogical university (PDE). This form of student certification involves a comprehensive assessment of the quality of students' training in the field of psychological, pedagogical, methodological, subject and communicative-digital literacy, which are indicators of the formation of universal, general professional and professional competencies. The specification of assessment tools, case assignments and criteria for assessing the results of their implementation during the PDE are considered.

Тhe article raises the question of the expediency of a systematic approach when using the point-rating method of assessing students' achievements. Based on the analysis of foreign and Russian experience in the use of the point-rating method, a model of the system for assessing the professional training of students is proposed, including both academic achievements and social activity.

Abstract

The article discusses the features of the application of the principle of consistency in the study of the section "Lexicology" in the practice of teaching the discipline "The Russian language" for students of secondary vocational education. A certain sequence of studying lexical categories of polysemy, homonymy, synonymy and antonymy is presented and argued, techniques for the systematic analysis of these categories and for the study of phraseological units are proposed.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the author's correctional and preparatory aspect of the methodology of teaching a foreign language by Professor P. B. Gurvich and the relevance of its application in modern schools. The authors consider the methodology in the light of the general principles of learning a foreign language, and also highlight the distinctive features of the unique author's method of Professor P. B. Gurvich.

Abstract

The article presents the author's program for the formation of prosocial behavior of adolescents in online and offline contexts. The program, based on psychodidactic principles that take into account the psychological and individual characteristics of the participants, consists of five modules: gaining experience in prosocial actions, developing social competence, emotional literacy, orientation towards another person, and solving moral dilemmas. The presented data from the formative experiment using D. Kolb's experimental learning technology, which were processed using descriptive statistics, comparative data analysis using the Mann-Whitney criterion, qualitative and quantitative analysis, confirmed the productivity of the program in terms of increasing indicators of moral identity, altruistic and anonymous behavior of participants.

Abstract

The article reveals the results of a study of the structure of psychological characteristics of teachers' subjectivity. The research sample was made up of secondary school teachers involved in the implementation of a regional innovation project (N = 40). The structure under study includes methods of implementing pedagogical activity corresponding to the high stages of subjectivity "expert", "master" and "creator" in accordance with the ecopsychological model of subjectivity; characteristics of the educational environment: coherence, dominance, generality, activity; parameters of creativity; propensity to accept difficult tasks; perseverance in achieving goals; motivation to improve routine methods of pedagogical activity.

Abstract

The article presents an empirical study of dispositional predictors of adolescent victimization in school bullying situations. A hypothesis is put forward that adolescents' personality traits can act as determinants of victimization in bullying. Based on the results of the study (n = 276, adolescents aged 10 to 15) using the Olweus Bullying Roles Questionnaire (adapted by E. V. Bushina, A. M. Muminova) and the 14PF Cattell's Multifactor Personality Questionnaire (adolescent version), a regression model was obtained reflecting the significant influence of caution, normativity, neuroticism, excitability, tendency to feel guilt, and group dependency on victimization of bullying victims (R2 = 0,801).

The article describes the experience of organizing an individual project in the process of studying physics in modern school education. From the standpoint of the analysis of the principles of project activity, its importance for the development of independence, initiative and self-organization of students is noted. The author's attention is also focused on identifying key problems during the implementation of the project activity and suggesting possible solutions.

Abstract

The article highlights the experience of organizing network educational projects on the basis of VlSU (in particular, the Activity Olympiad for primary schoolchildren and teenagers) and involving students receiving pedagogical education in their implementation on a voluntary basis. The article describes the methods and techniques of the teaching staff to obtain personal results from students in their professional tests of various positions on the project.

Abstract

This article examines the problem of the formation of personal results in English lessons in the 10th and 11th grades of modern Russian comprehensive schools. The «Conditional dialogue-interview», which is one of the tasks of the oral part of the USE in English, is considered as a means to effectively form both students’ foreign language speech skills and love and respect towards their native land. Educational assignments for the transformation of the educational material of the textbooks «Spotlight» for high schools with the inclusion of local history topics about cultural and historical features of the cities and towns of Vladimir region are proposed. The pedagogical potential of conditional dialogues is noted, as well as their value in relation to the formation of students’ awareness of the cultural and historical uniqueness of their native land.

Abstract

In the author’s field of view is the problem of the genesis of scientific ideas about evaluation activities in education, from ancient times to the present day. The article analyzes how approaches to student assessment have changed, what principles underlay these changes, and what factors influenced the formation of the assessment system in different eras. The transition from verbal assessment to more structured and quantitative assessment formats, including point and rating systems, is highlighted as the basic trend of the changes. Special attention is paid to the expediency of improving approaches to assessment activities in the context of modern education, focused on the realization of the idea of the student’s subjective position in cognition

Abstract

The article examines the features and possibilities of the formation and development of socio-cultural competence of a student of a pedagogical university in the process of using information and communication technologies as one of the conditions for the professional development of a future teacher. A number of recommendations are presented on the student's independent work on the Internet in the context of an activity-competence approach to learning, and the need for parallel development of students' critical thinking as a key security condition in the search and processing of information is determined.

Abstract

Based on the generalization of the content of scientific research and historical and pedagogical materials, the author justified the role of the provincial gymnasium as an organizational and pedagogical center for the management of educational institutions in Vladimir and the province in this historical period. The article uses the example of D. I. Dmitrevsky's activity to identify the functions of the director of the provincial gymnasium for organizing and managing the work of the provincial men's gymnasium, as well as all schools and schools of the city and province. It is noted that the functional responsibilities of the director included taking care of both the formulation of educational matters and solving economic problems; it is emphasized that the senior teachers of the gymnasium, actively participating in the organization of the gymnasium, together with the director represented the management center of both the gymnasium and the entire education of the Vladimir province in the first quarter of the XIX century.

Abstract

The article presents the results of a study conducted with students of the Pedagogical Institute, Vladimir State University, to determine the future teacher’s readiness for educational work with students of secondary schools. As a result of the study, problem areas of readiness for educational work are identified that require special attention from university teachers in the process of basic professional training.
