Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of periodization of musical and pedagogical activity of one of the founders of musical and aesthetic education in the USSR – V. N. Shatskaya. Along with the generally accepted approach implemented by V. I. Adishchev on the basis of changes in the social status and place of work of a teacher, the authors substantiate the possibility of distinguishing four main periods in V. N. Shatskaya's musical and pedagogical activity related to her research (experimental) activities and adaptation of the ideas of musical and aesthetic education produced by her at one stage or another to school models, managerial and even ideological guidelines, to a changing society. The article presents the author's periodization and gives a meaningful description of each of the selected periods.

The article attempts to consider the concept of "energy" in the historical and pedagogical projection; to show the dynamics of various approaches to the pedagogical reading of this lexeme; to highlight the connection between the ideas of Russian teachers-thinkers about its semantics and their views on the essence of the educational process; to prove the theoretical and practical value of research in this direction for modern pedagogical knowledge.

Abstract

In the article, in the process of analysing pedagogical literature and school teaching practice, attention is focused on enriching the ideas about the pedagogical capabilities of the flipped classroom as a fashionable approach to the organization of education. The expediency of such enrichment is justified by the need to abandon the predominant consideration of the flipped classroom to diversify the lesson and shift the emphasis in its assessment to the level of didactic understanding of the newly emerging phenomena of teaching practice, which are conditioned by the paradigm of the subject-oriented educational process.

Abstract

The article raises the urgent question of the need for pedagogical support of schoolchildren in extracurricular activities in the process of forming flexible competencies. The article reveals the need to possess skills that, according to practical teachers, scientists and modern employers, are the key competencies of modern education. Within the framework of the conducted research, the practical value of flexible competencies is actualized – these are the skills to build communication, creatively perform certain tasks, the ability to critically evaluate information and effectively interact with each other while working in a team.

Abstract

With the development of society, the goals and objectives of education inevitably change, the effectiveness of the developed teaching methods objectively decreases, which means that the forms and methods of teaching must also change. One of the effective means of improving the professional competence of university teachers is their participation in professional skill competitions. The author, having many years of experience in participating in professional skill competitions and in the competition commission, offers some recommendations on organizing competitive events, the use of which will maximize the achievement of the goal, which is to develop the most effective teaching methods and techniques and increase the motivation of teachers for further professional growth.

The article considers the general issues of digital technology usage in education as well as its impact on the way foreign language classes are organized at university. It gives the analysis of the prerequisites, specific conditions, advantages and disadvantages of digital technologies in online distance learning, provides practical recommendations for the use of modern game applications for distance teaching of a foreign language.

The article actualizes the importance of professional culture formation of specialists in the field of sports in the system of higher education and determining the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the effectiveness of this process. The development of professional and personal reflection as an organizational and pedagogical condition for the professional culture formation of higher education students has been scientifically substantiated. The ways of professional and personal reflection development of future specialists in the field of sports have been characterized through case histories – the use of reflexive-heuristic tasks; simulation game modelling. Their significance in the formation of the components of the professional culture of the individual has been revealed.

Abstract

This article attempts to analyze the problems and prospects for the development of digitalization of higher professional education. The main problems characteristic of state structures and educational organizations are postulated. It is stated that in modern realities there are no comprehensive studies of the consequences of digital innovations initiated by government agencies, as well as top-level educational organizations. Based on the institutional and synergistic approaches, the main trends in preventing and reducing the negative consequences of the digitalization of higher professional education are identified.

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of anxiety of juvenile offenders serving their sentences in an educational colony. A diagnostic study of the level of anxiety in adolescents was carried out and analyzed using three psychodiagnostic methods. Juvenile delinquency traditionally attracts the attention of scientists and practitioners of law enforcement agencies for many reasons. One of them is that people who commit crimes at an early age tend to be much more difficult to correct later and eventually form the main reserve for adult and recidivist crime. The article touches upon the issues of the specifics of correctional work, taking into account the regime requirements in the conditions of an educational colony.

This article analyzes the educational opportunities of the theater and theatrical activities in the Unified Labor School of 1917-1931. The work highlights the main meaningful areas of education, in which theatrical activity was given great importance. The practical implementation of the educational possibilities of the theater is considered on the example of the organization of club, circle, lesson and extracurricular activities at school.

Abstract

The article reveals the severity of 15 objective psychological characteristics of personality and 5 objective activity (effective) manifestations of employees in activities that characterize the behavioral level of self-regulation of the official activities of employees of the Rosgvardiya. The study was carried out on a sample of employees (n = 129). The level of adequacy of self-assessment characteristics of employees was revealed, the distance of personal development of employees was determined, the interrelationships between expert assessments and self-assessment indicators, between the level of confidence in the development of professionally significant objective manifestations of employees and a prospective assessment of self-development were revealed. The component composition of the objective psychological level of self-regulation of official activity of Rosgvardiya employees has been studied, and differences in the severity of indicators in the component composition of self-regulation of official activity in various groups selected by the quality of performance of official activity have been revealed.

Abstract

The article is devoted to one of the priority tasks of Russian education – the formation of a professional personality at the initial stage of professionalization. The author of the article refers to the basic categories of psychology "personality" and "subject" in the context of the professionalization of personality at the stage of secondary vocational education. The idea is substantiated that the provisions of the meta-systemic and objective psychological approaches allow us to identify and study the subjective determinants of college students, which are symptom complexes of educational and important qualities (UVK). The results of the empirical study allowed the author to identify and describe three groups of educational and important qualities in college students: absolute, relative and UVK, associated with motivational readiness for educational and professional activities. The article describes the data of the conducted factor and correlation analyses, which allowed the author to determine and describe the component composition of each group of UVCS and the nature of their relationships. The author of the article points out the necessity and relevance of psychological and pedagogical support programs for college students, which determine the formation and development of subjective determinants (educational and important qualities) of students at the stage of secondary vocational education.

Abstract

In Vologda, on October 13 – 15, 2022, the international Scientific and Practical Conference was held – the XXXV session of the Scientific Council on the problems of the history of education and pedagogical science at the department of philosophy of education and theoretical pedagogy of the Russian Academy of Education. The participants of the Session summarized the results of historical and pedagogical research over the past year. Perspective directions for the development of the history of education and pedagogical thought were outlined.
