IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF STUDENTS’ KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH IN THE CONDITIONS OF BLENDED LEARNING
Abstract
The present article is devoted to the research of the issue of improving students’ knowledge in the conditions of blended learning. The theoretical analysis of the sources on this theme is held. The term “blended learning” is defined; the existing models of blended learning; singled out by Russian and foreign scientists; are being viewed. The experience of applying the technology of blended learning while teaching students of an agrarian institute English has been described. The efficiency of such models as “Flipped Classroom” and “Autonomous group” has been proved by means of the experience. The conclusion is made about the fact that practice of teaching English using the technology of blended learning has positive results only in wellprepared conditions with the modern technical equipment and presence of high qualified teaching stuff.
