FORMATION OF INTERPRETATIVE COMPETENCE WITH THE FUTURE TRANSLATOR

Abstract

The article deals with the necessity for the future translator/interpreter to develop the ability to interpret foreign message without misrepresenting its content. The focus is made on the close relationship of two aspects of translation, i. e. interpretation and transformation, and on the role of these aspects in the process of implementing language mediation.
