INFORMATION AND EDUCATIONAL SPACE IN THE LIFE OF THE BLIND
Abstract
The article deals with the development of communication tools for the blind. The stages associated with the emergence of communication tools that lead to radical changes in the lives of people with visual impairment are highlighted. The role of computer technologies in the education and socialization of the blind is shown.
